The 2023 Buenos Aires Special Assembly voted for electronic voting as an option to the manual way of voting. Here are the procedures for e-voting. In this election, it will be managed by Election Buddy App:
Step 1:
Eligible Voters will receive a mail with a unique voting link
Step 2:
Upon clicking the link, a page containing all contestants will be displayed
Select “Vote on Ballot”
For President and Secretary – select Candidate or Abstain
For Director-Asia Pacific- select Candidate or Abstain
For Director-Europe- select one of the Candidates
Click on Continue
Step 3:
Verify your choices
Click on Submit
Step 4:
Voting completed
Voting will commence on 22nd October, 2024 by 0900 PDT and close on 23rd October, 2024 by 1600 PDT
Results will be announced after voting has ended.
